At Onebest, we take pride in delivering thoughtful gifts with care. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
✅ Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products, wrong item delivered
- Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized gifts
- Products on clearance/sale
- Gift cards or digital downloads
💰 Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- If you paid via COD, we’ll issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer.
🔁 Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Contact us for replacement assistance.
📩 How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@onebest.in with Order ID, Reason for return, Photos of the product (if damaged)
- We’ll review and provide return instructions.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
📦 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).
